From the outset it was clear that this very large villa had the enormous potential required to make it ‘fit the client’s needs”.

From the humble beginnings of what started out as a four bedroom villa with a swimming pool and barbeque area we were able with our experienced design department to transform the property in its entirety to what is now a beautiful and very spacious five bedroom executive property with a layout that fits our clients extensive family’s needs to a tee.

The ground floor was a challenge but offered a large room that was in our clients opinion a “waste of good space”. This was redesigned and was able to accommodate two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms giving the impression of a “guest wing”.

The further two bedrooms on the ground floor were totally remodeled using new layouts and both now have ensuite bathrooms.

The first floor which is the “hub of the property” offered a challenge to put our design skills to the test and with some very skillful work by our design department we managed to extend the lounge to offer a dining area and a extensively remodeled master bedroom which now incorporates a separate dressing room and an ensuite fit for a king.

Outside the pool area was in need of some special attention to bring it up to the standard of the “new villa” and a shower and bathroom was added to the rear of the barbeque area, and a new more ‘chef friendly layout” was applied to the eating/cooking areas.

Using the best of materials available to us we have transformed what was a ‘run of the mill’ property into what can now be considered a residence of distinction.
