To say that villa Ambeli has undergone a complete makeover would be an understatement indeed.

When the owners purchased the villa from Mantas Real Estate back in 2015 it was cloaked in a dowdy and dull base of cream and beige which did not do the villa the justice it deserved. The owners sought our professional advice and between us, we came up with a new colour scheme and improvements both inside and out that have totally transformed the property. 

The “new colour scheme” of white and blue really give the property a certain kerb appeal and make it stand out from the crowd, in fact it would now fit in perfectly on the island of Santorini, such is the impact it portrays. New windows and shutters were installed, a massive viewing window replaced the outdated patio doors to the front, and new lattice work style pergolas were installed to give shade and also more light. 

The interior of the property was treated to a new and fresh livery in bright white and all the electrical switches were replaced, as were all the external lights. 

The design team at Mantas together with our professional tradesmen have transformed villa Ambeli from a pig’s ear to a silk purse. 

All the work was carried out while the new owners were still based in the U.K. and it was important to liaise and communicate with them at every stage of the makeover. Such is the trust our clients put in us that we were able to carry out the work in readiness for their first visit recently. After only seeing the stages of work via our photographic link their reaction to seeing the villa ”in the flesh” was one of amazement. We thought we would have to pick them up from the floor. The question they asked at first sight was “is this really our villa”. 

The finished result is nothing short of amazing. Look out for stage two to be started later this year.
