From the humble beginnings of what was a traditional cottage in the village of Ano Katelios, and with some professional effort on the part of the design team at Mantas, this property has been brought into the 21st century with something of a bang. Such was the foresight of the Mantas team and the owner having an insight to what was achievable, basically “starting from scratch”. The original cottage was gutted to incorporate a new kitchen and two bathrooms with modern facilities. The property was given a fresh paint both inside and out. The current owner wanted extra living quarters and this was achieved by the construction of a fully self contained studio set in the grounds just 50 meters away from the main residence. To really give the property some impact a large pool was installed together with a modern pergola and barbeque area. Paving and landscaping completed the project.
