Design and planning
We facilitate and manage as much of the planning process as is practically possible. We will communicate what is happening and when. Working with your chosen engineer, who will undertake the planning from creating the basic design, to appointing a building inspector at completion to ensure your property is 100% compliant.
Interior design
We understand the importance of those finishing touches and how the simple designs can enhance any space, or indeed the “feeling” it creates. Scale isn’t a problem for us when providing interior design solutions, as we have the flexibility and creativity to work alongside all parties to facilitate the best outcome for our clients.
Landscaping
From small gardens to large multi-terraced plots, we will help you create your beautiful outside space. An are of your new home which will grow, develop and mature over the years. We will work with you to create visuals of your garden, which reflect you.

During the discovery meetings, we will need to understand your budget limitations, to make the project a success from the outset we will ask for transparency of this. We will of course give you the same courtesy in response and be very open and honest around the associated costs of the project, including any areas of financial risk. As the project timescales have a very close relationship with the budget we will also discuss these to ensure that expectations and reality are closely aligned.
